What is The Monica Edit?
The Monica Edit is a thoughtfully curated collection of digital planners, journals and lifestyle tools designed to bring more organisation, intention and beauty to everyday life. Each product combines practical functionality with an elegant, considered design.
Are your planners digital or physical?
Our current collection is digital. No physical product will be shipped unless a product is specifically described as a physical product.
We are also developing a future collection of beautifully designed physical products.
How will I receive my digital purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product electronically. Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Can I type directly into my planner?
Where a product is described as fillable or interactive, yes. These products have been designed so you can type into the available fields and interact with selected elements digitally.
Individual product descriptions will explain the functionality included with each product.
Can I print my planner?
Yes, selected pages may be printed for your personal use. Colours and formatting may vary depending on your printer, paper and print settings.
Can I share my planner with someone else?
Your purchase is for your personal use only. The files may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared or commercially reproduced.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital products are supplied electronically and can generally be accessed immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a digital product has been supplied or accessed.
However, this does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
What if I have trouble downloading or opening my purchase?
Please contact us using the details on our Contact page and include your order information. We’ll assist you with accessing your purchase.
Will you be releasing more products?
Yes. The Monica Edit is being developed as an evolving collection of digital and physical planning, lifestyle and organisational products. New releases will be announced through our website and social channels.
