DIGITAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Products

The Monica Edit's current product collection is delivered digitally.

No physical product will be shipped when purchasing a product identified as a digital product.

After completing your purchase, your digital product will be made available electronically through the delivery method specified at checkout and/or sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when completing your purchase.

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital purchase, please contact us and provide your name, order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Delivery Timing

Digital products are generally available shortly after payment has been successfully processed. Occasionally, technical or payment-processing delays may occur.

Physical Products

The Monica Edit does not currently ship physical products.

Shipping rates, delivery timeframes and physical-product shipping terms will be added before our physical collection becomes available.
